Return & Refund Policy – Astha Mandir

At Astha Mandir, we take great care in crafting and delivering every product. However, if you face any issues, please read our return and refund policy below:


1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized temples cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.

  • After review, if eligible, we will arrange for pickup or replacement based on your location and product condition.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only when a return is approved and the product has been received back in its original condition.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • In case of cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

5. Exchange Option
If you prefer, we can replace the damaged item instead of issuing a refund, subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted, especially for custom or made-to-order items.

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is initiated for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
