At Astha Mandir, we take great care in crafting and delivering every product. However, if you face any issues, please read our return and refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized temples cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process

Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.

After review, if eligible, we will arrange for pickup or replacement based on your location and product condition.
4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only when a return is approved and the product has been received back in its original condition.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

In case of cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
5. Exchange Option
If you prefer, we can replace the damaged item instead of issuing a refund, subject to stock availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted, especially for custom or made-to-order items.
7. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs.

If the return is initiated for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
